* As long as the required facilities are bought, the customer will have a chance to visit. The current displayed furniture doesn't have an effect on attracting customers. See this Customer Support's Answer.
* Higher-level flowers increase the chance of customers visiting. All 3 vases with level 4 flowers will increase the appearance rate by 4.5 times while all level 1 will only increase the appearance rate by 1.5 times. However, the amount of each flower type doesn't matter. If a customer requires for example Maple Leaf, Three level 4 Maple Leaf in the vases would yield the same chance as one level 4 Maple Leaf (both options increase customer appearance weight by 4.5 times).
