About Garden
How do I get White Roses?
White Roses are pretty rare, there are 3 ways to obtain them:
- Make a wish at your Wishing Well and White Roses will randomly drop, so give it a few tries.
- Watch an ad when the Mysterious Merchant is here to refresh his goods. If White Rose appears on the list, remember to buy it!
- Gachapon are filled with all kinds of great stuff. There is a chance of obtaining White Roses by using it.
How do I get Sakura/Four-leaf Clover/Maple Leaf/Snowflake?
Sakura/Four-leaf Clover/Maple Leaf/Snowflake are season exclusives, you can obtain them by making a wish at the Wishing Well during the specific periods below: Sakura (March to May), Four-leaf Clover (June to August), Maple Leaf (September to November), Snowflake (December to February). Also, there is a chance for them to appear at the Mysterious Merchant or Gachapon after refreshing!
Are there any differences between different Wishing Wells when trying to obtain White Rose?
No, there is no difference. The items in Wishing Well are refreshed and dropped randomly. However, you can upgrade a Wishing Well's level to increase the number of wishes you can make and the quantity of items dropped.
What are Sakura/Four-leaf Clover/Maple Leaf/Snowflake used for?
- They can unlock special Customers.
- You can put them into Hedwig's suitcase and there will be a chance for her to return with a mysterious letter.
Where can I find the vase?
After unlocking the Garden, the Garden Table is an essential item, so head to the facility and purchase a Garden Table. There will be a vase on the Garden Table, you can tap the flowers to put them into the vase. After viewing the flowers, the Customers may randomly give you 
stars!
Why can't I make wishes and plant flowers?
The reason why you cannot make wishes and plant flowers may be because your garden is at maximum capacity. You can use up some flowers/watering cans/seeds before trying to make wishes and plant flowers again.
Flowers/seeds are stuck below Wishing Well. What should I do?
Flowers and seeds stuck in strange places? Pressing and holding down on the Flowerbed, Wishing Well, Mailbox, Gachapon, For Lease sign will cause them to disappear for some time. Take this opportunity to grab your items!
How do I get seeds/watering cans?
There is a chance for you to get them from the Wishing Well if you make an earnest wish! Also, there is a chance for them to appear at the Mysterious Merchant or Gachapon randomly after refreshing!
Can I remove the flowers from the vase?
Yes, if you accidentally place the flowers into the vase, you can tap on the flowers to take them back within a certain period of time.
How do I accelerate flower planting?/What are watering cans used for?
There are three types of watering cans in the restaurant for you to choose from: Bronze Watering Can, Silver Watering Can, Gold Watering Can. All you need to do is to drag the watering can onto a flowerbed with seeds to shorten the time needed for the flowers to bloom.
What's the difference between the different levels of flowers?
The higher the level of the flower, the more attractive it is to the Customers. This will increase the number of stars they give you.
How do I read the letters that Hedwig brought back?
There is a mailbox at the top left corner of the Garden. Tap it to view the letters that Hedwig brought back.
About Facilities
Will there be any issues if I skip levels when purchasing Facilities?
Yes, you can skip levels when purchasing Facilities.
However, unlocking some Customers requires the corresponding facility to be unlocked. Also, except for Flowerbed, the earnings from the Facilities are combined, so skipping levels will affect your earnings. Lastly, unlocking Facilities will increase your star rating!
Can I sell the Facilities that I do not need?
Currently, it is not possible to sell the Facilities after unlocking them, but you can change them and customize your restaurant according to your preferences without affecting your earnings.
What is Trophy Wall?
Trophy Wall is a Lv. 4 Wall Decor. You can go to the facility to view more details and unlock it.
How are the earnings calculated based on facility effect?
Except for Flowerbed, a facility's effect (e.g. tips increase, tips cap, star rating, etc.) is calculated based on the combined effect of unlocked Facilities of different levels.
Is the usage cap combined for Facilities such as Wishing Well and Gachapon?
Yes, they are. The usage cap for the Wishing Well and Gachapon is equal to the combined effect of unlocked Facilities.
About Customers
Why am I unable to unlock some Customers despite meeting the requirements?
The customer will only appear in the restaurant after you meet the unlock requirements and they are counted as unlocked only after having a meal! (Viewing flowers or making orders do not count.) There is no fixed timing for their appearance! Promote more and hope that they will come to your restaurant.
How do I reveal the unlock requirements for a customer?
The unlock requirements for the Mysterious Customer is a secret. Some Customers' unlock requirements will be revealed only after unlocking them. Interact with other players and discover them together!
How do I chase away the Cod-Stealing Rabbit?
Tap on the mischievous NPC repeatedly to chase them away. You can also hire Timmy the Server, he will assist you to a certain extent in chasing the troublesome Customers away.
Why are parrots/pandas/magicians/fortunetellers/salesmen not coming?
Special Customers come randomly and do not stay and eat, but they have special skills. You can wait for them in-game.
Why is there a small tag on a customer?
A small tag on a customer means that the customer came due to your promotions. They do not have any special effect.
Do I need to use the required Facilities to unlock Customers?
Once you unlock the facilities, you will meet the unlock requirements for a customer. You can change the Facilities you wish to decorate.
Why do some Customers leave without eating?
It may be because you have not unlocked their favorite food, so they left angrily. Don't worry though, when you unlock their favorite food, they will stay and eat next time
Can I attract the corresponding seasonal Customers off-season?
Once you meet the unlock requirements of the customer, there will be a chance for the corresponding seasonal customer to come.
What do Fortunetellers do?
Fortunetellers can randomly refresh the work hours of staff that are currently resting so that they can immediately work again, or they can predict Hedwig's returning time, and randomly shorten the amount of time needed for Hedwig to return to the restaurant.
The flower I purchased from the Mysterious Merchant is missing.
Usually, the items you buy from Mysterious Merchant will be in the Garden. You can check if they are overlapping with other flowers, or obstructed by the flowerbed or watering can.
The Mysterious Merchant does not sell me Sakura/White Rose.
The goods sold by the Mysterious Merchant is randomly refreshed. If you cannot find the item you want, watch an ad to refresh the list.
Why does the number of Customers in my Catalog differ from other players?
This is normal as there are limited-time events in this game and some Customers are exclusive to these events, they will only be unlocked in the customer catalog after they visit the restaurant.
About Staff
Can Prince the Gardener shorten the time needed for the flowers to bloom?
When he waters the flower, he shortens the time needed by a few seconds. It may not be obvious but it does have effect!
How do I long-press promote/auto promote?
Our beautiful Dori can help to promote the restaurant! After Dori is hired, you can press and hold the Promote button. Giving Dori a raise will shorten the amount of time needed to attract Customers!
How do I get a letter?
The gift that Hedwig brings can be stars, 
cod or letters. If Hedwig did not bring you the gift you want, you can try putting other combinations of items in Hedwig's item slots.
How do I give Hedwig items?
Tap the suitcase above Hedwig's head open it. After opening it, three boxes will appear. You can tap flowers, watering cans, or seeds to put them directly into the luggage slot, then tap to tick, and they'll be taken away! Different combinations of items will bring different surprises. Go check it out!
How do I upgrade dishes?
Upgrading a dish typically requires a Permission to Raise Prices, which Hedwig can bring back. If a dish does not require permission and the price can be raised directly, you'll be notified by an exclamation point on the Menu button. Upgrade Hedwig more so that she'll return faster!
Upgrading a staff member just gave me a few 
stars and doesn't match the description.
Giving your staff a raise will increase your stars. On the staff raise screen, the difference between the two numbers before and after giving a raise represents the number of stars you can get.
Why can't I find Chef Gumi?
We gave Chef Gumi a new story! Once Chef Gumi disappears, that means you've triggered the story. Going forward, continue taking note of the story unfolding in-game.
About Ads
Why can't I watch any ads today?
The availability of ads is currently decided by a third-party platform, so they're out of our control... But you can still use the Promote button to attract Customers even when there are no ads!
I haven't used Promote x15 yet today, so why is the percussion ensemble already resting?
Ads are controlled by a third-party platform, so we can't ensure the number of times they can be watched or the time they will be available. The percussion ensemble resting may mean that the platform has no ads for you at the moment. Please wait a bit—they could show up any time!
Why don't I have the Flyer Promo?
The Flyer Promo is the most basic promotion method. You may have upgraded to an advanced promotion method (like Radio Promo, TV Promo, or Cellphone Promo). Advanced promotion methods can attract higher-level Customers and bring the restaurant more income!
Why was my cod reduced to zero after I watched an ad?
If you are short a small amount of cod when buying Facilities, the system will notify you that you can watch an ad to make up the difference, and the corresponding facility will be automatically purchased. The amount of cod will become zero because the system has already helped you make up for the missing cod and auto-purchased the facility.
Why didn't I get double cod/stars for watching an ad?
The double cod/stars feature for watching ads will randomly appear. Don't miss out on a chance to get double!
How long is the refresh time between ads?
Ads are controlled by a third-party platform, so we cannot confirm the refresh time. Every player might have a different situation!
About the Buffet
How do I earn cod from the Buffet?
The Buffet's earnings are calculated hourly, and you'll earn cod while offline or idle. Take note of the offline earnings notice when you enter the game!
The Buffet hasn't given me any cod!
Have you noticed the 'Buffet Earnings' notice window that pops up when you enter the game? This is what your Buffet earned! If you haven't claimed the reward in the notice window, you can claim it by heading to the Buffet's conveyor belt.
How do I get plates?
Help your friends by working part-time to earn 
plates (the app's Yolky will automatically work part-time and earn plates), or unlock the Buffet's Vending machine for a set amount of plates that drop each day. Upgrade your Vending Machine to increase the number of plates that drop! Also, let me fill you in on a secret—tasks that reward plates might appear in your Daily Tasks, so keep a close eye on them!
Where is the Gachapon machine? Why don't I have a Gachapon machine?
Gachapon machine will appear in the Buffet and be usable once you unlock it in Buffet Facilities. Go unlock it now!
How do I switch between Gachapon types (cod, plates)?
Look carefully; after tapping and entering the Gachapon reward screen, you'll see cod and plates displayed at the bottom. Tap the slider at the bottom to switch between them. Slide to the left for cod Gachapon, and slide right for plates!
I got a memento from the Gachapon machine, but it hasn't appeared in the Catalog.
That item that looks like the memento is actually a toy doll! Dolls are all set on the doll display case. Don't you worry—you can go to the Gachapon screen and tap the arrow on the right side to check it out!

What are mementos used for?
Unlocked mementos are collectables, and some mementos can even be used to dress up your staff and decorate the restaurant. They'll also grant a guaranteed number of stars!
I already met the requirements for a memento, so why haven't I got it?
Once you have met the requirements for obtaining a memento, the corresponding customer will automatically drop it during their next visit.
About the Fish Pond
How do I catch fish?
You'll need the staff member Rabbit Ding to catch fish! After hiring him, tap Rabbit Ding at the Fish Pond to start experiencing the fishing feature.
How do I unlock the For Lease sign?
Tap a stone at the Fish Pond, assign the repair team to chisel away the stone, and then it will turn into a For Lease booth spot. Go try it out!
Why did the fish disappear?
Putting fish into a For Lease spot plays a big role in the random solicitation of booth owners, so if you haven't successfully solicited, it will turn black and disappear after a period of time.
How do I get fish bait?

Why doesn't my Fish Pond have Butterflyfish?

Bug Issues
My save data is different after switching devices. What should I do?
If you are using two different devices at the same time, you can first tap Save to Cloud on the device with the higher rating, then switch to the other device and download from the cloud. After that, your progress will be synced!
I lost my save data. What should I do?
To prevent losing save data, we recommend manually saving your current progress often via: Settings - Save to Cloud - Upload. Before the save file is synced, avoid removing the mini program, switching devices, or uninstalling the app.
Why does my game have no sound?
If the volume for both your phone and the game are turned up but there's still no sound, you can try restarting and entering the game again to fix the issue. If the issue remains for a long period of time, please contact Support for help!
Why won't my Friend Rankings/World Rankings refresh?
We understand you want to pay close attention to your restaurant's rankings! The rankings may be a little bit delayed. Try exiting the Rankings screen, then checking again after several minutes. If your restaurant makes the Aromatic Acorn Rankings, don't forget to share with your friends!
Why are the stars on the Rankings and my stars different?
Don't worry! The Rankings may be a little bit delayed. They will sync up in a moment. Just wait and see!
Not all of my friends have loaded.
The Friend Rankings only displays your top 25 friends. If you can't find some of your friends, don't worry—it's probably because those friends haven't made the top 25 of your Friend Rankings and need to keep working at it!

Currently you cannot change the method of promo. Tips for Leasing Out Booths at the Fish Pond
The most essential thing is the type of fish!
Tap on the Fish Pond to start fishing. After catching a fish, tap on the For Lease spot and choose the fish that you would like to place.
Tip: There's a chance of failure when leasing out a booth and some booths will only appear at designated timings!
Tips for Managing the Buffet
You do not need to take special actions to operate the Buffet. Because the restaurant does not automatically run when you're offline, the Buffet is your main source of income when you're offline. You can increase your hourly earnings by unlocking more dishes and Facilities for the buffet!
The Buffet doesn't display my earnings.
Profit from the Buffet is calculated once every hour. Every time you load the game, a pop-up will remind you to claim your profit. If you've claimed it via the pop-up, the Buffet will not display your profits for the next hour.
What do I do when Hedwig hasn't delivered a letter for a long time?
Letters are brought back by Hedwig based on the items you put in her luggage, with a chance to get the corresponding letters. Some of these letters will follow a logical flow. You can explore this for yourself! (For example, you have to first unlock Shiba's marriage letter before getting the letter on Shiba Puppy's birth, and only then will you receive the letter on Shiba Puppy attending kindergarten.
Tips to Earn Cod
- Unlock more dishes in the Buffet by earning plates. This helps to increase the profits from the Buffet.

About the Takeout Store
Why have my orders not increased although I have upgraded Chef Meow?
Chef Meow's skill upgrades are the same as the other staff, the numerical value of the upgrade contributes to the difference. There will only be an increase in orders if the order value increases from +1 to +2.
Why is there no rating after I completed the takeout?
This is normal, there is no need to worry. Currently, you will have a chance of getting a good rating, bad rating, or no rating after completing an order.
Why do I have so many bad ratings for my takeout
You can tap on Recipe - Takeout to upgrade your takeout items. The higher the level of your takeout items, the less bad ratings you will receive. If you receive a bad rating on your takeout order, you can fix it within 6 hours. The customer will retract their bad rating after you complete the fix.
What do I do if the Like dropped by Chef Meow is blocked by the cabinet?
You can press on hold the facility that is blocking the Like and the facility will disappear temporarily. You can take this chance to quickly pick up your Like!
Why does the Wishing Well still produce the current season's flower after I changed the wallpaper to another season?
After changing the wallpaper, the Wishing Well will only have a low chance of producing the other season's flower. The current season's flower will still be produced when wishing.
I don't have the item in the takeout order. / Can I have other rewards apart from stars for takeout orders?
If you do not have the required item for the takeout order, or you are not satisfied with the reward for a certain order, you can tap on the top right corner of that order to refresh it.
Why is the Takeout Store dark?
This happens because you turned off the lights in the Takeout Store. The lights in the store can be found on the Log Takeout Counter, Fine Takeout Counter, Classy Takeout Counter, and on the Elegant Starry Stairs. Just tap on them to turn them on or off.
Where do you purchase Wallpaper / Garden Storage?
You first need to purchase the Signature Store from Menu - Facilities. After purchasing, tap on the Special Facilities in the Signature Store and purchase them with bells.
What are bells used for?
You first need to purchase the Signature Store from Menu - Facilities. After purchasing, you can use bells to purchase facilities, wallpaper, and mementos that you like.
About the Courtyard
What is Gather for?
You have 3 free Gather chances each day, where you can gather 6-10 customers that you have already unlocked to visit the Courtyard. You can take pictures of the customers when they are visiting. After the gathering, each customer will gift you stars, cod, or Film. The type and quantity of reward is not related to the visiting customer.
Will other restaurant staff be added to the Friends Board? How do you add them?
Apart from Eggy, you can add other staff. (You will need to discover which staff can be added.) You will be able to discover staff accounts in the Recommended Friends Board. Sometimes, staff will take the initiative to request to be your friend too.
Which Promo capabilities can be increased by the Speaker? What do they mean?
The Promo capabilities that can be increased currently are: chance of double the customers, Promo tapping times -1, chance of getting yet-to-unlock customers, chance of getting customers from the town, chance of getting customers from the city, chance of getting flower viewing customers.
- Chance of double the customers: Chance of having two customers visit the restaurant with 1 Promo.
- Promo tapping times -1: Reduce the number of taps required for the current Promo level by 1.
- Chance of getting yet-to-unlock customers: Chance of getting customers that have not been unlocked in the Restaurant Catalog visiting the restaurant.
- Chance of getting customers from the town: Chance of customers from the town visiting the restaurant.
- Chance of getting customers from the city: Chance of customers from the city visiting the restaurant. Chance of getting flower viewing customers: Chance of customers who want to view flowers visiting the restaurant.
Do you need to increase the Promo capabilities of the Speaker in order?
You can increase the capabilities in whichever order you like. Selections that have been increased will be replaced by new ones, while selections that have not been increased will remain in its original location.
If it says that there are no Lucky Bags when I tap on Treasure Hunt, does it mean that I have used up an attempt?
You will not use up any magnifying glasses if you tap on the Magnifying Glass and it prompts that there are no Lucky Bags.
What does 'treasure hunt attempts have been used up for the day' mean?

Why are my Courtyard Facilities stacked together after I purchase them?
You can press and hold on facilities, when there are 3 arrows above the facility and the facility itself is transparent, you can drag it to another place.
What is the maximum daily Treasure Hunt attempts/Lucky Bag quantity? Does the number of Treasure Hunt attempts increase if I add friends to the Friends Board?
The daily Treasure Hunt attempts (this is counted as triggering Treasure Hunt in a friend's Restaurant) is 3. If you are lucky and your Friends Board produces a Lucky Star, that Lucky Star will be your 4th Treasure Hunt chance.
There is a chance to trigger Treasure Hunt each time you visit a friend. Upon trigger, you will be able to look for 1-3 Lucky Bags in the current friend's Restaurant, until you use up all Treasure Hunt attempts.
I accidentally tapped 'Put Away' on a Courtyard Facility. What do I do?
After you tap the 'Put Away' button on a Courtyard facility, you can find it in 'Facilities' at the bottom left corner and place it in the Courtyard again.
How do I check my Player Code?
On the Friends Board facility in the front yard, there is a 'Copy Code' feature on the 'My Friends' screen. Tap to copy your Player Code directly.
About Maximum Daily Watering Attempts
After visiting a friend, you can check your current remaining watering attempts in the lower right corner. You can water plants up to 6 times per day. Similarly, each tree can be watered up to 6 times per day.
About Nurturing Plants
You can tap Courtyard -> Facilities -> Decor -> Plants to buy the plants you'd like to nurture. Plants need to be watered by you and your friends in order to get the target EXP and reach maturity. If you don't get any rewards after the plant matures, you can check in Facilities -> Decor.
How do I upgrade Promos?
Enter the Courtyard and purchase the Speaker facility. Then, tap the green arrow in the pop-up window to go to the Promo Upgrade screen.
About Editing Avatar and Nickname
Tap Courtyard -> Facilities. After you've purchased the Friends Board, there will be an Edit icon to the bottom right of your own avatar on the Friends Board. Tap the button to change your avatar and/or nickname.
About Terrace
How do I get movies?
There's a chance of obtaining movie shards when you spend bottles on participating the Wheel Game at the Meal Side Cabinet facility. Collect all shards of a movie to play it.
What are movies used for?
Collect movies to obtain special rewards for the particular movie. You can enjoy the movie with your customers at the terrace.

What are the rewards for serving customers at the terrace?
You can obtain large amounts of cod, 
bells, and 
bottles from serving customers at the terrace. Complete the minigames randomly suggested by the customers to earn additional bottles.
How do I upgrade Terrace Promo?
Enter Courtyard scene -> tap on the Speaker facility -> tap the green arrow to upgrade the Terrace Promo in the Terrace Promo section.
Note: You will not be able to downgrade your Terrace Promo.
How do I get cutlery?
Obtaining Cutlery:
- Use bottles to participate in the Wheel Game at the Meal Side Cabinet facility.
- Hire the staff, Seedy. Seedy will drop cutlery at fixed intervals.
How do I get bottles?
Obtaining Bottles:
- Tap the plus sign behind your bottle count to enter the bottle purchase page. You can obtain bottles by purchasing them with bells or watching ads.
- Serve customers at the terrace.
- Complete the minigames that customers randomly suggest.
- There is a small chance of obtaining them from the Wheel Game."),
What is the use of a Display Stand?
You can place your mementos on the Memento Display Stand. When you place the memento on the log on the rightmost display stand, you will attract the corresponding customers to the Terrace.
